Clarity for growing organisations.

Virtufully helps organisations redesign how work happens, so growth creates momentum, not complexity.

Our work was recently featured in Investor's Mag alongside Mauritius' leading business voices, because the attention problem is no longer a personal one. It's an organisational one.

As organisations grow, work often becomes heavier before it becomes better.

Processes get layered on.
Roles blur.
Teams stay busy but progress slows.

Most organisations respond by adding more tools.

We believe the real issue is usually clarity.

Virtufully was created to help organisations simplify how work happens, strengthen systems, and create the capacity needed for meaningful growth.

We don’t begin with software.
We don’t begin with hacks.

We begin by understanding:

  • how work actually flows

  • where friction is hiding

  • what decisions slow progress

  • where people are carrying unnecessary load

From there, we design practical improvements that last.

We work especially well with:

  • purpose-driven SMEs

  • growing founder-led organisations

  • organisations doing meaningful work with limited resources

  • teams ready to move beyond reactive ways of working

Clarity creates capacity.

When people know priorities, ownership, workflows, and what matters most, work becomes lighter, faster, and more effective.

That is the foundation of sustainable productivity.

Meet The Founder

Virtufully was founded by Anne Rajoo, the creator of Peaceful Productivity®  and the host of The Productivity Sweet Spot podcast.

Virtufully started the way a lot of businesses do — out of necessity.

In late 2019, I was made redundant just as I was returning from maternity leave with my second son. I told myself I'd enjoy Christmas with my baby and find something new in January. Then Covid arrived. My husband, working in hospitality, took a 50% pay cut to keep his job. We went from two full-time salaries to half of one — still paying school fees, still in lockdown, with two small children at home.

I had to build something. So I did.

Virtufully started as a Virtual Assistant business. Over the years it grew into a boutique VA agency. But the work kept pulling in a different direction — towards systems, structures, and the question of how people actually work, not just what they produce.

When AI arrived, that shift became impossible to ignore.

Today, Virtufully works with SMEs, middle managers, and HR leaders in Mauritius who are navigating real complexity — growing teams, shifting roles, new tools, and the pressure to do more with less. We help them design clearer, more sustainable ways of working. Not faster. Not louder. Clearer.

Because the goal was never endless output. It was always meaningful results.
